Suwanee Restoration

The existing substrate was a Hypalon roofing system that was severely degraded. Multiple leaks were reported throughout the building. Parsons Roofing Company performed an infrared scan on the building to locate the saturated areas. After the saturated areas were removed and rebuilt the new, 10-year 924 silicone coating system by Tropical Roofing Products was applied.
