Roswell Re-Cover

All work was performed in accordance with OSHA safety guidelines. The scope included prep and removal of existing materials, replacement of wet insulation, and installation of a FR base sheet and polyiso insulation. A 60mil TPO membrane was mechanically attached and adhered to vertical surfaces, with all penetrations, seams, and edges flashed and sealed per manufacturer specifications. Additional work included installing pipe boots, sealant pockets, flashing strips, and walkpads. Abandoned lights were sealed, masonry repairs were completed, gutters were cleaned, and the work area was maintained daily.
