We applied and adhered to all applicable OSHA safety and protection guidelines. For product application, provided and adhered a 45mil TPO membrane to the surface (494 SF), flashed all penetrations, corners, and T-joints per manufacturer’s specifications, and welded all seams between membranes with a hot air welder, probing for accuracy. We then terminated the membrane at edges according to manufacturer’s specifications. We then provided and installed four new roof drains. For initial prep work, we removed the existing roof surface, prepared the existing surface for new roof installation, and provided and installed new 24GA steel slip metal at walls (247 LF). We ensured the work area was cleaned and organized at the end of each workday, and hauled away and disposed of all debris from roof work. A 5-year warranty was included with the quote from Parsons Roofing Co., covering the cost of labor and materials to repair defects in our work, but excluding the area under existing condenser stands.
