Prioritizing safety, we diligently established OSHA-compliant safety lines and anchor points around the roof perimeter, ensuring secure working conditions throughout the project. Our meticulous product application began with mechanically attaching a layer of 0.5” fan fold insulation boards to the wood roof deck, followed by the installation of a 60mil TPO membrane, fully adhered to vertical surfaces using solvent-based bonding adhesive. We installed TPO pipe boots, pourable sealant pockets, and TPO flashing strips to ensure comprehensive waterproofing. Every detail is meticulously managed, from flashing penetrations, corners, and T-joints to welding seams with a hot air welder for precise bonding. Additionally, we provided and installed retrofit drains on the upper roof to enhance drainage efficiency, ensuring the project meets and exceeds manufacturer’s specifications for durability and performance.
