TPO was adhered to vertical surfaces (202 sq ft) with solvent-based adhesive, and pipe boots and sealant pockets were installed as required. Penetrations, corners, and seams were flashed and welded per specifications.

Skylight covers (24-gauge steel) were installed on 56 skylights, and wood nailers (1,150 linear feet) were added at the perimeter. Gutters and downspouts were removed.

New Kynar-coated steel slip metal (127 linear feet), 7-inch box gutters (400 linear feet), and 19 downspouts were installed. The work area was cleaned daily, and debris was removed.
