The project was completed in accordance with all applicable OSHA safety guidelines. Existing wall, curb flashing, and field membrane were removed down to the insulation, which was inspected and replaced as needed. The roof surface was cleaned and prepared for installation. A 60mil TPO membrane was mechanically attached to the deck and fully adhered to vertical surfaces. All penetrations, curbs, and joints were properly flashed, sealed, and hot-air welded per manufacturer specifications. The work covered approximately 249,000 square feet.
