Gainesville Re-Cover

Initially, we prepared the current rooftop for the installation of a new one. Subsequently, we affixed a 115mil Carlisle TPO Fleeceback membrane to the pre-existing roof. We completely attached the TPO to the vertical areas of the rooftop using bonding adhesive that is solvent-based. Following that, we supplied and set up TPO pipe boots on all the pipes that penetrated the roof surface. We also equipped and installed pourable sealant pockets on all the necessary areas as per the manufacturer’s specifications. In addition, we fixed TPO flashing strips on all curbs. Lastly, we followed the manufacturer’s specifications to flash all penetrations, corners, and T-joints.
