The TPO was fully adhered to vertical surfaces with solvent-based bonding adhesive over 202 square feet. TPO pipe boots were provided and installed on all pipes penetrating the roof surface, totaling one installation. Pourable sealant pockets were provided and installed in all areas as required per the manufacturer’s specifications, with one total installation. All penetrations, corners, and T-joints were flashed according to the manufacturer’s specifications, and all seams between the membrane at vertical wall flashing locations were welded.
For initial preparation, 24-gauge steel skylight covers were provided and installed on all skylights, totaling 56. New wood nailers were provided and installed at the perimeter of the roof, measuring 1,150 linear feet, with two layers applied at the roof eaves as required. Existing gutters and downspouts were removed and disposed of.
In the metal installation phase, new 24-gauge Kynar-coated steel slip metal was provided and installed underneath the existing wall flashing, covering 127 linear feet. New 24-gauge Kynar-coated steel 7-inch box gutters were provided and installed, totaling 400 linear feet, along with new 24-gauge Kynar-coated steel 6”x4” square downspouts, with 19 installations in total.
For cleanup, the work area was cleaned and organized at the end of each workday, and all debris from the roof work was hauled away.
