East Point Replacement

We highlight our expertise in TPO replacement projects covering 5,388 square feet, prioritizing safety by adhering to all OSHA guidelines throughout. Our meticulous product application included mechanically attaching layers of polyisocyanurate insulation—3 inches on the roof deck and 1 inch on the breezeway roof—to enhance thermal performance and promote positive drainage with a new tapered insulation system. We ensured structural integrity by installing new wood nailers at the roof edge to match the new roof height, totaling 311 linear feet. Further, we meticulously installed and welded 60mil TPO membranes over the insulation boards, ensuring seamless coverage across the entire roof area. To maintain waterproofing integrity, we installed TPO pipe boots and meticulously flash all penetrations, corners, and T-joints according to manufacturer specifications. Additionally, we enhanced drainage efficiency with new TPO-coated drip edges at all draining edges, ensuring durability and performance in every detail of our installation.
