Lexington Replacement

The existing roof was an exposed fastener R-Panel system with several leaks. We provided flashing grade silicone to all the seams and fasteners, which made the roof watertight. Then, we applied a 20-year NDL roof coating system over the roof with Gaco S-2000 coating. All leaks have ceased and none have been reported since application.
