Morrow Restoration

Southlake Plaza is a commercial shopping center in Morrow, GA. The existing trapezoidal standing seam metal roofing system was deteriorated and rusting on much of the surface area. Parsons Roofing removed the rust and thoroughly prepared the surface before the application of the silicone roof coating. Parts of the building had previously been coated.

The customer elected to only install a new coating system on the areas that had not yet been coated. To offer a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty, Parsons technicians applied coating ten feet beyond the covered warranty area and overlapped onto the previously coated surface. This technique was approved and accepted by the manufacturer’s factory inspectors.
