Athens Shingle Replacement

We applied and adhered to all applicable OSHA safety and protection guidelines. For the product application, we provided and installed synthetic felt underlayment across 19,650 square feet. We also provided and installed starter shingles along all eaves and rakes, covering 1,353 linear feet, and installed 3-tab shingles in the color chosen by the customer. Additionally, we provided and installed hip and ridge shingles over 579 linear feet and replaced all flashing boots around 20 PVC exhaust penetrations. We applied matching spray paint to all pipe penetrations to blend with the shingles and used DuraLink commercial-grade sealant on all exposed fasteners and necessary areas.

For initial prep work, we removed the existing roof down to the decking and hauled away the debris. We removed and replaced any damaged or unusable deck, prepared the existing deck for new roof installation, and continued to adhere to all applicable OSHA safety and protection guidelines.

In the repair work phase, we sealed all penetrations and exposed fasteners, cleaned debris from the gutters and roof surface, and replaced missing shingles as needed, up to one bundle per building. We also replaced up to 250 linear feet of soffit throughout the complex and replaced up to 13 sheets
