For the 14,217 sq ft TPO retrofit, we adhered to all OSHA safety guidelines. We installed EPS flute fill insulation, attached polyisocyanurate insulation, and secured 60mil TPO to the purlins. Penetrations, corners, and seams were flashed, welded, and probed for accuracy.
We installed steel skylight covers on 16 skylights, replaced ridge vents with steel covers, and added a new wood nailer around 543 linear feet of the roof perimeter. Existing gutters and downspouts (400 linear feet) were removed. We also added a TPO-coated drip edge (400 linear feet) and 24-gauge Kynar-coated steel gravel stop (142 linear feet).
The work area was cleaned daily, and all debris was removed and disposed of.
