North Charleston Replacement

OSHA safety guidelines were followed throughout the project. Ridge vents and 54 skylights were covered with steel, and new wood nailers (1,113 linear feet) were installed. Existing gutters and downspouts (446 linear feet, 20 downspouts) were removed. EPS flute fill insulation (51,692 sq ft) and Fanfold EPS insulation were installed, followed by a 60mil TPO membrane. Penetrations were flashed, seams welded, and the membrane terminated at edges. A TPO-coated drip edge (446 linear feet) and Kynar-coated gravel stop (486 linear feet) were installed, along with Kynar-coated box gutters and downspouts. The work area was cleaned daily, and debris was removed.
