Lexington Restoration

The existing roof was a 20+-year-old PVC roof over a concrete deck. The surface was wearing, but smooth enough to apply a Gaco Silicone Coating over top. Parsons Roofing Company provided a 20-year Gaco S-2000 silicone coating system over the existing roof at 2.5 gallons/sq ft. Gaco (Firestone Building Products) upholds the warranty. The application was non-invasive and able to be performed while school was in session.
