Safety was ensured by setting up safety lines around the roof perimeter. In compliance with OSHA, Fall Protection Standards and coning off the designated work area was done. All required fall protection measures were provided according to OSHA guidelines. The product application includes applying GE Enduris flashing grade coating to pipes, vents, curbs, drip edges, large cracks, and pitch pockets. Additionally, a GE bleed blocker base coat was applied to meet GE’s specifications for a 20-year NDL Warranty, followed by the application of GE Enduris silicone coating to achieve the same warranty standards. The project also involved replacing old walkway pavers with GE WalkPad, continuously checking the coating millage to ensure minimum requirements were met, and performing touch-ups as needed to comply with the manufacturer’s specifications.
